Delivery

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within three - four working days. We send all shipments by Royal Mail. Deliveries are not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please note that we don't currently ship to Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, DD, DG,TR, KY, BT Postcodes. Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78,PH42-44, ZE1-3 Postcodes and this includes , Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel islands, Ireland / Isle of Man / Scottish Islands etc. Orders received from these areas will not be processed and a refund will be given.

Click and Collect - Collect from the shop at DE45 1EX, we will confirm and let you know when your order is ready to collect.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All orders for International Delivery outside of the UK are not subject to VAT. Only once when you receive the item via UPS, you will be responsible for duties and VAT payment in your country. We are not responsible for collecting your countries duties and VAT at the point of sale. You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment. Unfortunately we don’t know how much the charges will be. It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.

For e-commerce orders we are currently shipping to Germany, parts of the USA and Canada. If you are not given the option of checking out then please email jojo@peakales.co.uk and we can look into other courier methods for you. 

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order - You can notify us by email to sales@peakales.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.
